Refund policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.
This does not apply to articles that are specially manufactured for you according to customer specifications. (§ 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB)
These include, for example, our EASYFOIL complete sets. These are only manufactured after your order and provided with special serial numbers.

You can submit your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e. g. Letter, fax, e-mail) or-if the matter is left to you before the deadline-also revoked by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) And also not before fulfilment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with Section 1 (1) and (2) of the EGBGB and our obligations pursuant to Section 312g (1) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB. Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services are to be returned and, if necessary, to release any benefits (e.g. interest). Can you give us the service received as well as uses (e. g. Advantages of use) do not return or give back in part or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. You must bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods.
